An underground stormwater detention arch is bedded on a thirty-mil PVC pond liner placed over a four-inch layer of one-half-inch minus import compacted to ninety-six percent modified Proctor density per ASTM D-1557. A Mirafi 180N geotextile fabric is installed beneath the structure, with an additional layer required only if angular rock with potential to puncture the liner is present. The chamber is surrounded by three-quarter-inch to two-inch clean crushed angular stone up to a twelve-inch thickness. A Mirafi 180N filter fabric is installed on top of the gravel storage area beneath a variable depth of well-graded granular soil aggregate mixture compacted to ninety-five percent Proctor density and finished with pavement.
