A cast-in-place detectable warning surface is embedded into a concrete section sized per plan, featuring raised truncated domes with specified dimensional tolerances. Each dome measures 0.45 inches minimum to 0.47 inches maximum at the top diameter, 0.9 inches minimum to 0.92 inches maximum at the base diameter, and between 0.18 inches minimum and 0.22 inches maximum in height. The dome pattern is arranged in-line with a center-to-center spacing dimensioned from 2.3 inches minimum to 2.4 inches maximum. The warning surface is installed flush with the surrounding concrete paving in compliance with accessibility standards.
