A concrete slough wall features continuous number four reinforcing bars at the top and bottom with a minimum twelve-inch base and six-inch top width. A two-inch schedule forty polyvinyl chloride pipe runs through the wall flush with the face at thirty-two inches on center. The assembly connects to a four-inch Portland cement concrete sidewalk with a weakened plane joint, set against a right-of-way line and finished grade.
