A monolithic concrete curb and sidewalk rests on a six-inch untreated base course and an eighteen-inch compacted subgrade compacted to ninety-five percent per ASTM D-1557. The four-inch concrete sidewalk incorporates two continuous number four reinforcing bars. The outer curb edge features a six-inch vertical height adjacent to the finish paved grade and a three-quarter-inch radius at the top corner.
