A rectangular concrete collar assembly formed around a drainage structure with three thousand psi concrete. The collar features centered number four rebar within the twelve inch minimum depth footings and incorporates tooled control joints typically spaced at corners. The top surface receives a light broom finish with a four inch shiner around the perimeter and one-half inch rounded corners typically. Plywood or two-by lumber forms are used to achieve the concrete collar, finished with a troweled edge against finish grade.
