A six-foot-long precast concrete wheel stop with a width of nine inches and a height of four and one-half inches features recessed top channels and chamfered edges. The unit is anchored to the paving with two three-quarter-inch diameter by eighteen-inch steel pins placed eighteen inches from each end in countersunk holes. An accompanying note allows for equivalent pre-fabricated wheel stops or parking blocks with reflectors if approved by the engineer of record.
