A cast-in-place concrete curb and gutter profile abuts an asphalt pavement section over an aggregate base layer. The concrete curb features a six-inch vertical face and a two-foot-six-inch gutter pan with a three-inch radius transition and a one-and-one-half-inch cross slope. Finished grade slopes away from the back of the curb with a twelve-inch minimum clearance.
