A cast-in-place concrete curb and gutter assembly rests on a compacted select fill base. The profile features a six-inch-wide top with a three-quarter-inch radius edge, an eight-inch-high outer curb face, and a twenty-four-inch overall width. A contraction joint is formed two inches below the surface within the concrete profile. Curb and gutter installation follows APWA Standards Plan Number 205.
