A circular access cover features a raised letter 'S' with a height of three-sixteenths of an inch, or five millimeters, centered on top. Section A-A shows a ten-inch inside diameter skirt beneath a thirteen-inch top flange. The cover plate has a thickness of seven-eighths of an inch at the edge and slopes toward a central hole. The drop skirt extends downward by three inches.
