This assembly consists of a thirty-inch Oldcastle catch basin or approved equal, set upon a four-inch minimum compacted gravel base. The structure is topped with grade rings, limited to a twelve-inch maximum height, to reach the finished grade. A twenty-four-inch D&L model A-1055 frame and cover marked "STORM" is installed at the surface, with a maximum of three inches of mulch allowed over the cover. Stormwater inlet and outlet pipes are connected to the basin, with all pipe penetrations sealed with grout. A four-inch cast-in-place concrete floor is provided at the outlet pipe invert elevation, sloped to drain at a two percent minimum.
