A twenty-four-inch wide by six-inch deep concrete strip rests on a four-inch gravel course aggregate base over compacted subgrade. The concrete section is reinforced with number four bars spaced at twelve inches on center, coordinated with fence posts. Three inches of clear cover is maintained at the top and bottom of the concrete strip.
