A weep hole installed through a concrete curb provides subgrade drainage for pavement structures. The assembly features a polyvinyl chloride drainage pipe set with its flow line one half inch above the adjacent pavement level. Weep holes are spaced at ten feet on center or at each score line of the curb. A scarified and compacted subgrade is prepared beneath the base rock layer per the project geotechnical report.
