A structural core plate and lug plate assembly are embedded within grout fill inside a square tube and a circular pipe. A proprietary interface material is positioned along the interior perimeter of the outer sections, with thickness dimension tc indicated at the exterior boundary. The core plate extends centrally through the grouted core with protruding lug plates.
