A terminal cleanout assembly connects a sanitary or storm sewer pipe to a finished surface grade ring. The vertical cleanout riser extends upward through compacted soil and surrounding structural layers, terminating at a grade-level access plug. The pipe size is determined per plan, transitioning through a sweeping bend to connect to the main utility line.
