This light-duty pavement section consists of a four-inch layer of asphaltic concrete conforming to specifications DM-1/2 with PG 64-22 binder and a maximum RAP content of fifteen percent. The surface course is supported by a twelve-inch untreated base course compacted per the geotechnical report and specifications. The entire assembly bears upon a properly prepared subgrade or structural fill compacted in accordance with geotechnical recommendations.
