A PVC pipe and cross are secured to a flow control structure using a three-eighths-inch deformed steel rod or aluminum rod cut to length. The rod is anchored back to the structure using a cinch anchor and fastened with stainless steel wire rope clips. The assembly provides secure lateral restraint for piping components within civil drainage and utility structures.
