A concrete sidewalk and curb transition assembly features a twenty-two-foot main section sloping at a maximum of 7.5 percent and a four-foot sidewalk section sloping at a maximum of 2.00 percent to a finish surface. The assembly incorporates full height curbs, a flush curb, six-inch vitrified clay or similar utility pipe, and one-half-inch by twelve-inch slip dowels totaling eight across the joint tying into existing Portland cement concrete. Section A-A details a six-foot Portland cement concrete sidewalk bounded by hardscape grade and curbs with specified six-inch dimensions. Section B-V details curb height transitions, including a 0.50-foot full curb height designation.
