A concrete parking stop measuring seven feet long by nine inches wide and six inches high is positioned relative to the face of the curb. The precast or cast-in-place concrete element is reinforced with three-number three rebar running longitudinally. Two three-quarter-inch diameter holes accommodate half-inch diameter by twelve-inch long galvanized steel anchor rods, spaced twelve inches typical from the ends. The assembly includes dimensioned offsets for the anchor locations and drainage clearance along the bottom edge.
