An aluminum swing-out door jamb connects to the adjacent CW-502 curtain wall framing system using mechanical fasteners. One one-quarter inch Hilti Kwik KH-EZ screw with a two-and-one-half-inch embedment and two-and-one-half-inch minimum edge distance anchors the door jamb at the header and jamb connections per ICC-ESR 3027. Multiple screw fasteners including PH.8xa.P, PH.10xb.P, and FH.12xa.S secure clips and components with specified lengths such as two-and-seven-sixteenths inches for OPG1999 and one inch for TB427CL. Base sections S155BASE and S155 attach alongside threshold components and DS001 door profiles. One-inch glass units maintain daylight opening dimensions with designated sill starter and system depths.
