Plan and cross-section requirements for a cast-in-place detectable warning surface on a curb ramp or flush surface. The panel features a half-inch overall thickness with truncated domes having a top diameter of fifty to sixty-five percent of the base diameter, a height of zero point two inches, and a radius of one-sixteenth of an inch. Spacing between dome centers ranges from one point six to two point four inches horizontally and vertically. The panel is secured to the concrete substrate using concrete anchor assemblies embedded zero point nine to one point four inches. General notes specify that the detectable warning shall span the full width of the ramp and be positioned six to eight inches from the curb line or potential hazard.
