This cast-in-place concrete inlet and outlet structure accommodates an 18-inch concrete pipe, an 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe, a 21-inch reinforced concrete pipe, and a 15-inch concrete pipe. The structure features walls and a floor reinforced with number four bars at twelve inches on center in both directions. A 9.49-foot by 30-inch steel grate fabricated from one-half-inch by two-inch A-36 steel bars at two and one-half inches on center spans the top, finished with two coats of low luster black enamel. The top of the grate sits at elevation 4260.25 while the bottom sits at elevation 4257.25, with a flow line elevation of 4253.33.
