A standard storm drain cleanout assembly is set within a pavement and concrete collar. A standard riser frame and cover sits atop a minimum six-inch diameter riser pipe, surrounded by resilient material and a Portland cement concrete collar with an optional asphalt concrete overlay. The riser pipe extends down to a concrete encased ninety degree long radius bend that connects to a through pipe of varying size, incorporating a wye as necessary.
