A cycle-safe bicycle rack is fabricated from one-and-one-half-inch Schedule 40 pipe and finished with a twelve to twenty mil thick plastisol jacket coating. The rack stands three feet high with a two-foot overall width and is surface mounted to a concrete slab according to the manufacturer recommendations.
