A temporary construction entrance pad connects to an existing road with a twenty-five foot minimum radius flare on one side. The pad requires a minimum depth of twelve inches of four to eight inch quarry spalls. Soil stabilization geotechnical fabric underlies the rock pad across the full width of the ingress and egress area. The pad extends for a minimum length of one hundred feet as specified on construction limits plans.
