A precast or cast-in-place concrete sand and grease trap features an inlet pipe with an invert elevation and an outlet pipe discharging to an infiltration bed. The multi-chamber vault includes inlet baffle walls with specified vertical clearances and drop dimensions. Access lids are provided at the top with manhole frames and covers installed per ISPWC standards. Risers and grade rings accommodate varying heights above the vault top, and pipe penetrations utilize watertight seals.
