A storm drain clean-out connects to a six-inch polyvinyl chloride pipe via a six-inch polyvinyl chloride wye and an one-eighth bend. A number fourteen tracer wire runs along the pipe and loops into the clean-out casting. An eight-inch diameter pipe is encased in an eight-inch deep concrete collar that is twelve inches in radius or square, set flush with the finish grade in landscape areas. An H-20 rated, locking solid cover with a stainless steel set screw sits atop the casting and is stamped "CO". Fiber joint packing is installed around the upper pipe connection below the casting.
