Steel bollards four inches in diameter are filled with concrete and spaced no more than four feet on center. Each post is set not less than three feet deep in a concrete footing of at least fifteen inches in diameter with the top extending not less than three feet above ground. Bollards are located not less than three feet from the protected object.
