A reinforced concrete raised curb is supported by a continuous concrete footing over a class 2 aggregate base. The vertical curb stem features a top chamfer and is reinforced with number four rebar at eighteen inches on center and four continuous number four rebars. The adjacent concrete pavement slopes away at one point five percent over class 2 aggregate base. The curb dimensions include a six inch top width, a fifteen inch footing width, and a twelve inch footing depth.
