Gravel filled filter fabric bags are placed around the perimeter of an existing thru-curb inlet and existing curb and gutter system. The filter bags function as a sediment barrier to protect the storm drainage infrastructure from debris runoff. The assembly is installed directly adjacent to the drainage opening.
