An NDS four-inch atrium grate with a UV inhibitor connects to a four-inch PVC SDR 35 riser, positioned at elevation 17.40 and surrounded by eighteen inches of loamy sand. The riser transitions via an elbow into a four-inch PVC pipe bedded in four inches of approximately half-inch open-graded gravel, set within a concrete wall trench at an invert elevation of 15.50. The drainage line extends through a sleeve pipe in the concrete wall to connect with a vertical downspout assembly from an existing building, incorporating a primary scupper at elevation 18.00 and a six-inch concrete cap. A secondary open end pipe equipped with a galvanized sheet metal screen provides subgrade drainage into twelve inches of underlying open-graded gravel down to elevation 14.00.
