This assembly consists of a twelve-inch square area drain inlet frame and grate, specified as Urban Accessories OPCB with a raw nickel bronze finish or approved equal. The inlet connects to a twelve-inch schedule forty polyvinyl chloride storm drain pipe, which extends to a depth of bury as indicated on the site plan. Advanced Drainage Systems N-12 corrugated high-density polyethylene pipe may be substituted for the polyvinyl chloride pipe, provided it is installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Heat tape must be installed on the piping where it passes under roadways or where there is less than four feet of cover.
