A six-inch concrete curb, six inches in width with half-inch radii on its top edges, bears on a nine-inch wide by six-inch deep aggregate base course. Two number four reinforcing bars are equally spaced within the curb, maintaining an eighteen-inch minimum height from the bottom of the curb to the top. The adjacent pavement transitions to the curb with its structure detailed on sheet C-100, while the exterior finish grade in landscape areas sits one inch below the top of the curb and flush with adjacent concrete areas.
