A six-inch diameter Schedule 40 steel pipe is filled with concrete and topped with a round cap. The pipe extends four feet above finish grade and two and one-half feet into a fourteen-inch minimum diameter concrete foundation, with an overall depth of three feet. The exposed steel is primed and finished with two coats of safety yellow paint, with no paint applied below the finish grade.
