Drainage is provided through a concrete curb using one-inch PVC pipe placed at ten feet on center or at each scoreline, positioned one-half inch above the adjacent asphaltic concrete pavement. The concrete curb bears on lime-treated subgrade installed per the geotechnical report, with base rock supporting the pavement section. Weep holes are placed at ten feet on center or at each scoreline of the curb to relieve subsurface moisture.
