A snout oil-debris hood is mounted to a concrete drainage structure wall around an outlet pipe. The assembly features a mounting flange secured to the concrete wall, a one-inch PVC anti-siphon pipe adapter at the top, a removable watertight access port six to ten inches in opening size, and an internal snout hood that traps oil and debris while allowing water to discharge through the outlet pipe. A note specifies a minimum sump depth of thirty-six inches for outlets twelve inches in diameter or less, and two-and-a-half to three times the diameter for outlets greater than or equal to fifteen inches.
