This assembly consists of an Advanced Drainage Systems Nyloplast drain basin or approved equivalent, topped with a ductile iron beehive grate per manufacturer specifications. The basin includes outlet adapters sized and located per plan, with joint tightness conforming to ASTM D3212 for corrugated high-density polyethylene or SDR 35 polyvinyl chloride piping. The standard basin configuration features fixed adapter locations at 0 and 180 degrees, though custom adapters may be mounted at any angle from 0 to 360 degrees. The base of the unit is sealed with a cap, maintaining a minimum 6-inch clearance from the bottom of the outlet adapters.
