The thirty mil PVC liner or approved equal runs vertically against a clean concrete surface and terminates three inches below the top of the stormwater facility topsoil unless otherwise noted. A two inch by one-quarter inch HIT anchor spaced twelve inches on center secures a one-eighth inch minimum aluminum flat bar that is two inches wide against the liner. The liner is trimmed to the top edge of the flat bar and sealed. A silicone sealer is applied to the top one-half inch of the liner on the clean concrete surface.
