A utility yard box assembly is embedded in new cement concrete. The installation features a concrete box with a cast iron traffic cover, supported by new cement concrete with a minimum six-inch depth and four-inch minimum side clearance. Notes specify a Brooks yard box or equal with a nine-and-one-half-inch by sixteen-inch inner dimension concrete box and a three-TL cast iron traffic cover. All steel parts must be hot-dip galvanized after fabrication.
