A precast concrete manhole structure receives a twelve-inch gravity storm drainage inlet, an eighteen-inch gravity storm drainage outlet, and a fifteen-inch gravity storm drainage inlet. A three-inch storm drainage pump line exits the manhole routed out to treatment. Internal dimensions locate equipment and access within the structure.
