An eight-inch thick four thousand PSI concrete slab with a broom finish is placed over a six-inch gravel base and compacted subgrade. The slab contains number four reinforcing bars spaced at twelve inches on center in both directions, positioned four inches from the top surface. The pavement slopes as per the grading plan.
