Three D16 steel strap bars loop vertically through a twenty-four megapascal concrete block sized by dimensions A, B, and C. The concrete block includes D16 reinforcing bars running both ways at one hundred fifty millimeters center to center. Forms are installed as necessary, and concrete is kept clear of joints and bolts.
