An eight-inch concrete truck curb and gutter assembly bears on a prepared rock base over a scarified and recompacted subgrade. The concrete profile features an eight-inch vertical face with a one-inch top batter, a six-inch gutter width, and weep holes placed on all curbs where landscaping slopes toward the curb. Scorelines are coordinated with concrete pavement jointing, and lime treatment extends six inches beyond the back of the curb.
