Detectable warning patterns consist of pre-manufactured yellow truncated dome rubber or plastic units, with cast iron units required at service yard entries. The tactile warning strip measures two feet in depth with a varying width per plan, located six inches back from the face of the curb. Dome spacing and dimensions vary within specified minimum and maximum ranges, featuring a dome height of three-sixteenths of an inch. Color must be yellow and comply with WSDOT standard specification section 8-14.3(3). Additionally, curb end details specify a six-inch vertical dimension with a beveled end.
