A yard box is set into the ground with four inches minimum of concrete on either side and a six-inch depth clearance. A four-inch diameter cast-iron pipe short radius one-eighth bend connects to the main line via a wye fitting, terminating in a plug below the yard box cover. An additional plug is installed at the end of the cleanout line. The assembly is referenced to a separate yard box detail for enclosure specifics.
