The entrance consists of a wash-down pad measuring fifteen feet minimum by fifty feet minimum, constructed with a nine-inch thick layer of three to six-inch rock over a one-half to three-quarter-inch filter layer. Filter fabric is installed directly below the gravel over the subgrade. Runoff from the pad drains toward an adjacent swale connected to a sedimentation basin. A construction traffic sign must be placed adjacent to the entrance designating it as the sole entry and exit point for site traffic.
