This sanitary sewer lift station assembly features a sixty-inch wet well and a forty-eight-inch valve vault, housing submersible grinder pumps rated at one hundred twenty gallons per minute each with a total dynamic head of eleven feet. The discharge piping is constructed from galvanized steel or ductile iron, controlled by check valves and gate valves, and paired with one-and-a-half-inch plumbed pipe guide rails and a lifting chain. Access is provided via gas-tight, hinged aluminum or steel traffic-rated access doors with a two-by-two-foot hatch opening. The structure rests on a minimum of three cubic yards of concrete backfill around the base containing three number five reinforcing bars with a compressive strength of twenty-five hundred psi. Electrical components include a weatherproof control box and a flashing alarm light mounted on a building, connected via power supply conduit and a junction box to a float mounting bracket and high water alarm.
