A seven-inch Portland cement concrete surface layer rests over a six-inch crushed aggregate base course. The crushed aggregate base is supported by a compacted subgrade layer. The top surface slopes in accordance with the project grading plan. Paving specifications are governed by the referenced geotechnical report.
