A steel bolt passes through an insulating sleeve and is secured with steel nuts, steel washers, and insulating washers. The entire assembly is encapsulated in a build up of fill coat providing a minimum thickness of 1/4" over all nuts and bolts, finished with a wrap coat and guard coat.
