Portland cement concrete rolled curb and gutter is cast over four inches of Class II aggregate base rock and compacted subgrade. The curb features a twelve-inch overall height with continuous number four reinforcing bars placed near the top and bottom corners. The gutter profile transitions with an eight-inch section and interfaces with asphalt concrete paving over base rock. P.C.C. construction is specified per city standard specifications.
