The assembly consists of a vertical sign post embedded into a concrete footing below finish grade or paving. The concrete surface at the top of the footing is sloped away from the tube to shed water. A reserved parking sign and an optional van accessible plaque are mounted to the upper portion of the post according to MUTCD standards. The bottom of the sign panel maintains a minimum height clearance above the finish grade or walking surface.
